***absolutely...just depends on how old u r right now. when you're young 4 years is too different but when you're older it doesn't matter at all.

I assume that you mean "fall" and not "fail".

It is entirely possible. Whether it's realistic is another question. Four years difference as teenagers would mean one is entering high school and the other entering college. That likely wouldn't have much of a chance of working out. In your twenties or older, of course. But I'm guessing you're not that old because you probably would have known that.

My boyfriend is five years older than I am and we are in love. So yes. It is possible.

Depends: like one poster said, once you're both in your 20s it doesn't matter.
However, are you 17 and the other person 13? Are you 18 and are they 14? Are you 16 and are they 12? If any of those are the situation, I think that you can see the problem.

yep. but it depends on the ages too. If you're 6, your chances of falling in love with a 4 year old are kinda slim.. but if youre 40, its possible that you fall in love with a 20 year old even.

I hope this isn't related to those 17 yr old in love with 13 yr old posts that have popped up ....if it is, get over it already.

If not, then yes, 4 years between consenting ADULTS - anything is possible.

Yes very possible. Look at the elderly couples. My parents are eight years apart and they fell in love, got married, had three children. There are many relationships like that.

Sure! Four years is not a huge difference when it comes to dating. My boyfriend is about 4 years older than I am and my parents have about a four year age difference between them.
