No.. the stud pattern for a 1990 300ZX is 5x114.3

Make sure you check the offsets are correct too. The offsets can vary depending on what look you're after and how they sit inside the guards.

Tommy, You would want 18x8 rims, with a 5-114 bolt pattern, and a 50mm off set. 215/45-18 would be the proper sized tire for a 18 inch wheel and tire combo.
