Simply call the police. The offenders will never know who phoned in the complaint. Let the police take care of it for you.

First off, you must still love them, forgive them, and pray for them. Ask God how to handle each situation. And go to that person, if it is safe, and speak your heart and ask them to respect you. If they do, great. If they wont, then you will either have to battle it and go to small claims court, get to where it doesnt bother you, or move ITs that simple. Cuz, we cant make someone be nice and a great neighbor. The only one we can be accountabile for and to change is our own selves. And, we dont even do that. We just can submit to God and hear Him, and allow HIm to fix what needs fixing in us. But, I have learned, to avoid these kind of ppl as much as possible. and when I cant, find another means , as in moving . But, you cant run, seems there are ppl like that everywhere. Good and bad all over. But, dont begin to do things to get even, that will intensify the battle. This sounds like one you can call the police on too. Even if it happens to be turned back down for a bit, you can explain that to the officer, and have him speak to them anyhow. Just pray first and God will show you if you really listen and hear

Do you own a gun? Reach out the window and start shooting toward the sky. They should flee like roaches.

Ask them politely to please turn the music down so that you can be comfortable in your own space. If they ignore you then turn them in. They had their chance and blew it.
