Hydration. Gatorade (or some other drink like that) before and after, and water during.
The gatorade tends to dehydrate when drank during the activity, so just drink water during, and the sports drink before and after to build up electrolytes and replenish (rebound) when done.

main thing to prevent cramps when exercising is to warm up properly & cool down afterward.

just don't over do it. Don't cont. an exercise for a long lenegth period of time so the same muscles are being over worked as well. Stay hydrated!!!

Besdies making sure you are warmed up, you need to work on your breathing. Also, try to contract your abs as much as you can when working out. This will help especially with running.

make sure you stretch before and after exercising. and when ur dont stay warm and dont shower till uve cooled off.
