Its a long chapter...can you be more specific

_______but Ill try and sum it up_____

bottom line:
we were bad and God is mad

Paul is pitching the gospel, the good news, but before he tells the good news.... some bad news first.....he says he's the apostle to the gentiles and then starts to outline the trouble man is in from not giving God the glory owed God

people dont just deny God after seeing Him in creation.. they exert effort suppressing the knowledge of God... it's allot of work to not see God when He's all around you...lemme tell ya

and mankind, Jews and gentiles, have sinned... they can do it two ways... they can break God's laws... or ... they can judge others and they break the laws they themselves made for others... either way... everyone sinned.. with or without God's laws they sinned

and rejecting God he gave them over to what they wanted... more sin...they wanted sin and God gives them over to misplaced desires..... and it comes in many forms... even misplaced sexual desires and sexual misconduct and other types of miscondust

...but the gospel is Gods dynamite for salvation, the power of God to save those caught in sin.. which is everyone to some degree or other

and in later chapters Paul explains how people are saved by faith, glorifying God leaning on the work of Jesus on the cross, believing for eternal life

I don't see what you are confused about. The first section is Paul's introduction, the second part is about Paul's eagerness to be in Rome and minister, and the third section is about how society is falling into immorality and turning away from God.

Hence, "Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them" Romans 1:32

Romans was written by Paul to convert Gentiles to his empire. He often fabricated things about Jesus. - Be careful reading Romans or any other letter written by Paul.

Stick with the words straight from Jesus. We don't need Paul. But all church empires need Paul because he taught how to build and grow an empire.

see below how people quote Paul as if he is speaking God's words. Paul only wrote letters to his friends, then church empires threw them in the Holy book back in 325 AD.

the things and creations of GOd are evident to all people so they are all without excuse. if they continue to reject him he will turn away from them and then it will be too late to change their minds. this is what is happening in our culture. Darkness abounds.
