Can a 17 year old girl date a 13 year old man?
Both of their parents approve
And the 13 year old man is very hot and looks like he's at least 30. and he's very mature for his age and funny and sweet and he makes the girl HOT.

I dislike saying this, but that is one of the stupidest questions that I have ever heard. And giving that ridiculous smiley face at the end of your question makes it even more ridiculous.
First of all, a thirteen year old is a child, not an adult. Although seventeen is far from grown up (and you sound even less grown up than the average seventeen year old), you are too old for a thirteen year old BOY.
Second of all, you darn well know that or you would not be asking people what they think about it. And apparently asking it more than once.
Thirdly, I don't for one minute believe that the thirteen year old BOY'S parents approve of this.
Now, go read a book and stop getting "hot" over children.

OK the first thing that comes to my mind, is why is he a man, and you are a girl, see what i mean. I think that says something right there. You think of him as more of a man, cause you want to see yourself with him, but you refer to yourself as a girl, maybe to see yourself as a younger more suitable mate for him. Another thing, parents aren't everything in a decision like this. There is a huge age difference for these ages, unlike when you would both be in your 20's, it's not so bad, then maturity levels are more equal and experiences are closer to the same vs now you can drive he can't, soon you'll be able to do more than him because he is just now a teenager. hope this helps shed some light for you

No, 13 year old is not a man. A man has responsibilities and takes care of himself. No 13 year old is capable of that.
When the girl turns 18 the relationship becomes illegal.
I still have to wonder what a 17 year old sees in a 13 year old.
Sounds like the 17 year old has self esteem issues, not to mention issues about what a man is and about having her boyfriend dependent on her.

A 13 year old is not a man. I wouldn't recommend it. It's a bad situation for the 13 year old. You are not mature enough to understand and it's unfortunate that neither parents are either.

sorry you are wrong. its a 13 year old boy not 13 year old man plus he looks 30 now by the time his 20 you will have a very old man.

No, sorry. He is thirteen. He might not have even started pubirty yet. You are seventeen and beginning to find your way in the world. To me, it just seems morally wrong, no matter how old he looks and how hot he gets you. Do what you want, since the parents approve, which I personally cannot believe. But you are asking for peoples' opinions and mine is: he is too young.

yes but remember mature or not he is a guy and at his age he will be going through alot of well you know, and in a year when you are 18 you will have to be careful. if you are second thinking this decision than maybe it's not a good idea. then again you never know until you try i just hope you are careful... think it through and don't rush.

well my opinion is he is a little young but age really doesnt matter.im 12 years older than my husband,but we were both adults when we got together.hes 26 and im 39.as long as you really like-love one another thats all that matters.you should take into consideration that on your next birthday youll be 18,it could possibly cause some problems then because he will still be under age.but love knows no age.good luck

whatever ... asking your question again is not going to change anything .... what you are really looking for reinforcement that it is okay for you to date this child.
BTW - my previous answer still stands and even more so, is reinforced that you run the risk of criminal charges if you engage in sexual acts because 13 yr olds can not give consent!
