I have searched many internet sites,I have bad credit & I don't want to make payments, a couple of people said buy from seniors they usually sell for less & don't put as much wear & tear on the cars.But where do seniors advertise?

seniors dont advertise. You are not going to be able to find a good car for $1,300 with low miles that isnt going to have problems that will end up costing you way more. The best thing you can do is try to find a place that will give you payments less than 200 a month. You can find these places if you look hard enough, and I dont mean going to a big dealer, it is going to have to be a small/medium company. Honestly you are going to have to save more money though, because with bad credit they are going to make you put down more than that because like I said you WILL NOT find a reliable car for $1,300.
