I have never heard of a dyslexic being described as uncaring, and hurtful of other feelings.
I have dyslexia, and I have feelings for others and I don't hurt people's feelings. In fact I have been the victim of bullying due to my dyslexia, and people don't understand it or how to help. Does not help that I am petite too, making a easy target.
If someone with dyslexia is disregarding someones feelings its due to lack of understanding, support and sheer frustration of not being understood them selves, and is not intentional.

I can honestly say I have never heard them described this way. I have a couple of dyslexics in my family, and they get frustrated with themselves, but they do have feelings, and don't try to hurt other peoples feelings.
If you are dyslexic, and someone said something like this to you, I'm very sorry. Chances are, their an idiot.

Two things:
1) Learn proper English. If English isn't you're first language go to the Yahoo Answers for the language(s) you do know.
2) Dyslexia is a mental disorder where one gets things backwards in their head, sometimes perceiving numbers, letters, or words as being backwards from what they really are. It's a visual perception disorder and has nothing to do with emotional response.

I've never EVER heard that.
Dyslexia is a reading disability and has nothing to do with feelings or anything remotely like that
