What is the average waist size for a 16 year old guy, who's around 6 foot?

depends on the diaper...sizes tend to over lap and some like huggies and the pampers cruisers have an elastic waistband that stretches considerably. my son takes a 5 or 6 in the pampers baby dry at 1 yr old just due to the fact that the tabs dont stretch and will pop off with lots of movement but can wear a size 4 quite comfortably with the huggies and even a 3 in a pinch.
