you should try losing some but only about 30 pounds... sorry if you think im being mean... if you eat salads,veggies,and fruits you'll lose that 30pounds in a month! just try eating it or it could be fat or muscles check it out! if your your doctor say you are fat then you are fat... but if your parents were overweight when they were your age then maybe it's genetics. dont worry about it!

it doesn't really matter what you weigh. Are you comfortable with how your body looks? If so, then weight doesn't matter. Have a nice day!

ok the answer to this question also depends on how athletic you are, if you are an athlete you are probly more muscular and muscle out weighs fat...
