im 14 years old, 5'1, 110 lbs about. i have humungous boobs and neeeeed to lose them as well as weight. im a wicked picky eater though.

i love cheerios, life cereal, bananas, im going vegeterian, im forming a big stomach, im going on a cruise in april [its now december], i need to lose weight ASAP, not only for the cruise but im not in high school and want to be really skinny. help help help!!!!!!!

First of all.. I would DIE to be 110 pounds!!!! And I'm sure you have a great body. For being 14 years old I don't think you have much to worry about. I've read that Cherrios is not a real good choice when trying to lose weight. But if you do eat Cheerios try pairing it with whole or skimmed milk and bananas are good as well. If you can stand Special K, I would try eating that 2 times a day.. it's supposed to help you lose weight/inches. Make sure you exercise, that really is the only way you can do it. Good luck!

Try not eating such a high carb grain based diet. (Boxed breakfast cereals are not too healthy, they are over processed, some have hydrogenated oil and too much sugar) You still need plenty of calories because your body is growing. Make sure you get enough protein so do some research on how to do it without meat if this is your choice. Eat plenty of vegetables but go easy on carrots and corn. Eat plenty of fruits but with a healthy fat like cheese at the same time. Exercise more but don't over do it. Just do normal kid things like ride your bike.

nope you can't lose weight when you eat tons of cherrios or other cereals. You need all your food groups, including meats- unless you wanna have weakened bones and muscles, and have your body screwed up as well. If you don't eat them- check with your doc. about supplements you can take. Drink lots of water and exercise as well during this time you're trying to lose weight. Eating habits alone won't do it. good luck.

Umm, just eat cheerios in the morning. Then for lunch have something else but eat the banana too.

wow your the size of me! and im only 10 (turning 11 soon) so your not fat and it depends on how much cereal your eating and what kind the kind that doesnt have the honey in it is the best way to lose weight but your the size of me and girl dont try losing weight becasue your not fat!
