The best is Bragg's. It has the "mother" in it, which is the part that is useful.
You use 1-2 tsp. per 8 oz. glass and drink a couple times a day before meals. Make sure you do your homework on it because it can harm your teeth (don't let it sit in your mouth, rinse after drinking, etc.).
It is a great, healthy alternative to regular vinegars.

1-2 tablespoons a day is better, and you have to do more than that to lose weight.
As for where to buy it, I can get it at both the local supermarket, and the local health food shop, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. If you can't see it anywhere, ask if they'll order it in for you. If they won't, there must be a site somewhere on the internet where you can get it.

Grocery Store... In the salad dressing Isle with all the other vinegar. It will be dark in color like tea. Heinz is usually the Brand I see.
