My girlfriend is on vacation but I still want to do something special....Any ideas?

Send her some flowers if your on a budget. Call a local florist wherever she is and have them deliver. Have them write a little note saying that she has a surprise waiting for her when she gets home. Then just take her to dinner and just make it romantic, candles jewelry and stuff like that.
Or you can surprise her by showing up where she is at.

Call her and wish her a Happy Birthday. Tell her to have a good time. When she gets back do something special.

I think your girlfriend would enjoy having some beautiful flowers and a small note telling her you miss her already sent to her location on her birthday.
Or, make a surprise visit to see her! (smile)

Hmmm, thats hard depending if you have access to her apartment or house (if you guys are over 20), if so I would decorate her apartment romantically, you know the whole deal champaigne, roses..so when she comes back she can see how much she means to you. If thats not possible you can still buy her something nice and give it to her when she gets back, can you get flowers delivered to were shes at? Good Luck!

First call her to have be ensure that you didn't forget her birthday second give her present on the day she comes back from vacation.

change into this holiday planned earlier you receive such as her? merely tell her the truth and be honest. even as your on your holiday, have roses extra the day/evening of her party. once you come have something for her besides, something you already know she will be able to love. and clearly dont ignore to call her and want her a contented birthday.
