How do u make an icon?

Question

i kno that you have to download your icon on Iconator but how do you add moving words/ images on there, please anyone that knows how to do any of this just give me an easy description on how to do this. Thanks!

Icons are not usually animated. There is a photo editing program called Photofiltre that you can use to make icons. Download it here:

Open a picture that you want to make into an icon. Click on "Tools". Click on "Export as icon". Save it to a folder on your computer. Done.
