What i mean by this is how many dates does it usually take for u to get physical with the other person.

Depends on your standards & how much the other person is willing to 'put out' for you.
Some people sleep with the each other on the first date, others don't sleep with anyone at all until they are married. Majority of the population probably wait until after they've been on a number of dates & feel comfortable enough to sleep with the other person.

It depends on the person and the circumstances. It's not like I say "Okay it's date number 27 so let's go, big boy!" lol
