Go on a no dairy diet. I mean eliminate EVERYTHING that has ANY dairy product in it. You would have to go to a food allergy web site and see all the foods and ingredients that you cant eat. It is more than you think. It basically means no junk food and no processed food. You can eat meat, fruit, veggies, pasta, potatoes, and junior mints! It is the fastest way but I wouldn't say easiest. After the first week it gets easy but I really missed pizza and ice cream.

Age is not a factor for losing /gaining weight, its the height vs weight, which please note. Its like a chassy in a vehicle which decides how much load it can carry!!
In the first place how much you spent to gain the existing weight?
why cringe for spending to lose that extra weight?
You can not starve now to lose that extra weight , as it might lead to other complications, or other biological disorders.
The best & easiest way to lose weight is to have optimum protein(building block for human body) with low,low sugar, low carbohydrate food with other essential supplements replacing two meals a day and having one a meal of your choice, and drink for every 44lbs=20kgs=1 liter of water to get the desired results

Try not to eat anything about 3 hours before bedtime. Its hard at first, but over time you get used to it and don't miss it. Stay away from all buffets and Chinese

Eat at least 3 apples a day. Don't worry too much about what else u eat, the apples will curb your hunger. You will lose wt.
