What would lead you to believe that he may still be interested? How long ago did you break up? How did the break-up go down? Have either of you attempted to make contact with the other? Is so, who did and what transpired? Really need more information to make an informed observation. It is possible that he still likes you and it could be just as possible that he doesn't.

Your not giving much information to know if he still likes you or not. I would say if you for any reason think that he does not like you anymore, then forget him. Don't waste your time so precious in an undecided man and look for a person who really likes you. A man who is really willing to live with you forever, i don't mean you are to get married, but if he is not willing to be with you forever then is just a game.
