my boyfriend is graduating from colege this year and he is going onto grad school about 3 hours from where we go to school now. We have been dating for 2 years, but i am so scared we r going to break up because of the long distance. Is it probably that we will make it through that year when we r not together? ps. we r doin amazing as a couple. Only a few small riffs every once and a while. thank you!!!

It's possible, if you're doing well and you have good communication. I'm friends with a couple, and the woman has been home for a total of 4 weeks each year for the last three years (she's doing grad research in Nicaragua) and they are doing great!

Well if your doing that good I don't see why it won't last. Plan specific times you can get together and continue to communicate (e-mail/phone). If he loves you as much as it sounds it should work. If it doesn't it would be doing you a favor. Anything worth having is worth waiting for... :)

Just play it by ear, don't expect miracles from a long distance relationship. Stay faithful, and if you two still make it, I'd say he's a keeper!

You can call him if he gave you his cell phone number. Or if you have a laptop, give him your email (and you might want his email) and you can keep in touch.
