How do i get closer to a girl? What are the steps of a relationship?

I know a girl that i like. She is cute and has a good personality. What do i do to get closer to her? What are the steps of the relationships?.....like first step is to talk then hold hands and so on i need help. anyone else have this problem? Also i am kind of shy when it comes to girls and as you know i suck when it comes to girls. Thanks alot

There are no rules and there are no steps. Some women may have similar personality traits but no two are alike, so just do what feels right, let your heart guide you.

Be willing to take some risk, set aside your fears and be willing to accept a little bit of failure before you meet with success.
Within that failure there is always something positive to be learnt from that experience.

What have you gained at this point? All you know is that you like this girl so you really have gained nothing. So if you have nothing gained you have nothing to loose.

but keep this in mind

Just be open, honest, patient and understanding.
learning to listen is very important
be supportive
compromise and contribute
Never take the relationship or her for granted.
A relationship will never stop growing and flourishing unless you let it.

From experience, there is no such thing as a "step" you just let nature take it's course and let your instincts tell you when is the right time to try to kiss her, or try to hold her, etc.

take little steps first talk to her then see if she kind of flirts. you only get her candy when your going out or when you ask her out. Dont let her crush your self esteme
