World-famous San Miguel Beer Pale Pilsen--A pale golden lager with pleasant, clean, hoppy finish. A well-balanced medium body, lively and snappy with a distinct bitter hop character that slides smoothly on the palate. If you guys happen to visit Philippines dont miss the chance to sample one.

the quick answer: i think Bells' Oberon is a great choice. others that are popular are Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (can't go wrong w/Sierra Nevada), or honey beers like Leinenkugel's Honey Weiss or Gray's Honey Ale. a lot of women (not to stereotype, since i don't fall into this category) like the honey beers, or even fruity beers like Leinie's Berry Weiss. Wisconsin Belgian Red and Raspberry Tart from New Glarus are two fruit beers that constantly rank among the best in the world.
the long answer: the best way to find the best beer for you is to try, try, try. go to a local brewpub or bar that specializes in microbrews and try a sampler platter. go to a nearby beerfest and try a bunch of different beers from a bunch of different brewers. find a liquor store that carries a lot of microbrews and allows you to make "mixed" 6-packs so you can take home 6 different flavors. or, have a tasting party with friends, where everyone brings a different 6-pack (or 4-pack). you'll get a good idea where your tastes lie. but, like most things, quality will cost you more. for me, i'm much more willing to shell out several dollars more to have something i actually enjoy -- even savor -- than to waste my money choking down something unpalatable.
when i was younger, all i thought existed were the big brews like miller, bud, coors, etc., which i couldn't stand. when i met my husband, he introduced me to microbrews, and a whole new world opened up. there was FLAVOR! and i discovered that i did not fit into the majority, and i couldn't STAND the "light" stuff. give me any stout from Bell's, or an Edmund Fitzgerald porter and i'm in heaven. but i wouldn't have known that if i hadn't tried a lot of samples.
for some research, try the beer advocate site. they have a wealth of tasting notes and rankings, which will give you an idea of what other people are drinking and what they think of what you are drinking.

I like a microbrew called Oberon, its from Bells/Kalamazoo Brewing Co. Its only offered half of the year. It is not really pricy about 7-8 dollars a six pack, but 2 or three of them will knock out most people.

Call me low class, but I have yet to find a beer I liked better than Budweiser. Some like New Castle, but I'm not a fan.
