I don't think you can commit an unforgivable sin until you, having understood God's forgiveness, reject God's forgiveness. I don't believe you can commit such a sin by accident. And I don't believe suicide is unforgivable. God knows the difference between a hurting heart and a sinful heart.
Jesus paid a very high price for our forgiveness and salvation. I don't believe that the next part of God's plan was to see how many souls He could condemn to Hell on a technicality.

First you find the Truth, make it your own.
Serve the True God according to all you learned.
Turn your life over to doing His Will according to His Word.
Get baptized and publicly confirm the Dedication you made in Prayer...............
Then...........become an Apostate.
"For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come" -Matthew 12:32
If you go against the Holy Spirits Operation after recieving the Truth...............
Since Jesus was God’s Son and direct representative, the things spoken against him may also properly be defined as blasphemy. (Lu 22:65) So, too, since the holy spirit or active force emanates from God and is intimately connected with God’s person, Jesus could speak of “blasphemy against the spirit.” This is stated to be the unforgivable sin. (Mt 12:31; Mr 3:28, 29; Lu 12:10) Blasphemy is shown to originate within one’s heart (Mt 15:19; Mr 7:21, 22); hence the heart condition, manifest in the willfulness involved, must relate to such blasphemy against the spirit. The incident that led to Jesus’ statement concerning the unpardonableness of such sin demonstrates that it refers to opposing the operation of God’s spirit. This would not be because of deception, human weakness, or imperfection; but the opposition would be willful and deliberate. The Pharisees clearly saw God’s spirit at work in Jesus to accomplish good, yet for selfish reasons they attributed this power to Beelzebub, Satan the Devil, thereby blaspheming God’s holy spirit.—Mt 12:22-32; compare Heb 6:4-6; 10:26, 27.

I'm pretty sure the only unforgiveable sin is when you say you no longer believe, and you turn from Him and choose the things of this world instead.

You know what I heard a bunch of Christians saying the other day? They said the ONLY, I repeat ONLY unforgivable sin is blasphemy/rejecting god. HAHAHA, that's the STUPIDEST thing I have ever heard in my whole entire life.
Guy A is a serial killer/child molester/rapist. He gets forgiven.
Guy B doesn't do anything wrong but refuses to believe in god and uses his name in vain all the time. He's going to Hell. Good one guys!! Fascinating. Religion is absolutely FASCINATING.
So. The ultimate sin. Be like guy B.

According to those old Sunday school lessons, Suicide is the unforgivable sin, for you are not just taking a life, you are taking *your* life that was given to you by God, and are not able to ask for forgiveness.
You can't say "Sorry God" and *then* shoot yourself in the head. Thats like calling your wife and going "Sorry for cheating on you Honey" and then doing it anyway.
Just an opinion, its been...a really long time since I've been inside a church.

Scripture, of course, defines the unpardonable sin as blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. I believe the preponderance of learned opinion is that it's not possible to "commit" the unpardonable sin, since he who would do so has already been condemned since before time began.

The "unforgiveable sin" is described in the bible as blasphemy against the holy spirit. This means, the utter rejection of God...since any other sin, if confessed of and if you are a believer in Jesus Christ, can be forgiven.
