not a win32 application?

I am runnig win2000 service pack 4 in ntfs. trying to install Zune from disk and web site, just keep getting error "setup.exe is not a valid win32 application". have search and tried several things can't get it figured out please help thanks

Most likely you've got corrupt install media. I'd try downloading the latest version and using that.
