If hes not on convoys, then get ahold of someone in his FOB or his unit, or ask his First Sergeant at wherever he was stationed at stateside

Call the post locator at the base where he was stationed stateside, or, if its an emergency, get his social and contact the Red Cross, they can find any member of any branch of the military, no matter where they are deployed.

you must have their full name, rank and social security number, as well as the address of their Command. However, if you are not an immediate relative, that information will not be given to you.
