Technically, yes. People "die" on the operating table all the time, and are brought back to life by doctors.

If you're asking if someone who has been dead for more than 10 minutes can be brought back, then no.

Possiby, If i could undo the decaying process and jumpstart their vitals...to begin with, I'd have to be a master of cellular manipulation in order to have the body quickly reproduce all the cells from a single strand of DNA to a point which they could sustain the body's normal functions.

Then, with all that accomplished, you could in theory bring people back to life

There've been stories of people dying on the operating table and being brought back to life within a minute or even longer.

If you're serious, you might try reading up on Necromancy. Keep in mind, you're doomed to fail 99% at anything you try, or do worse damage to yourself. I don't suggest it unless you're competent and patient to study these things fully.

The hour is coming and has now arrived, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God. Those who hear will live.

Sure.
But it really depends on how long they've been dead....the longer they're gone, the less chance they have for survival...or for coming back anything like the person they used to be.

Yes, it's according to how strong your faith is and that person's faith is to be brought back. "All things are possible to them that believe."

Peace,

Hope
