It all depends on the health you are in. If you are over weight or extremely overweight, 30min may not be enough. If you are a nice healthy weight for your build and have a low percentage of body fat the 30min may be just what you need to maintain your healthy weight. Certainly any exercize is healthy if your healthy.

No. Not enough.
Good work-out includes 3 areas:
(1) resistant training
(2) aerobics
(3) stretching
You may need a heart rate monitor, because you can check your heart beat during exercise. Why? I will suggest that you should do your walking/jogging/running whatever to the point of at least working your heart rate up to 125 beats or MORE per minutes. Less than this rate, it's not exercising at all. If you cannot reach that target, walk uphill, but never over-exert yourself.
^_^ good luck

You shouldnt be gaining weight in any recognize.. you're usually gaining weight in case you're ingesting a million,600 cals an afternoon in any case.. consume extra advantageous. lookup your BMR, there are calculators on the internet.. something around there is in which you will shop a similar weight.. under you will burn and no walking isn't sufficient, decide on up walking and weightlifting and fix your diet (your weight help WILL double, probably even triple)

Anything 20 minutes or over is considered excercise, so yes.

It is good, but I feel(for most people) it is not enough. One should add something, be it resistance training--Yoga--dance--etc/ something. Walking is great, yes, but add something more for your mind-body-spirit training regime.
