Hmm....I have that same problem sometimes. Try rubbing a dryer sheet on yer head-----this will also prevent static.

take an essential oil in your choce of scent and mix 3-4 drops in a bottle of water that mists very finely when sprayed...hold back about 8 in and spray just a few sprays(dont douse your hair!!) i found that citrus oils (grapefruit, orange, lemon, etc.) or floral(lavender, rose, gardenia or especially honeysuckle) oils work the best...removes the smell without being overpowering. Shake the bottle well before each use!! hope this works for u like it did for me!!

those with dread can wash thier hair in case you dread the nicely suited way, section the hair, that's very substantial, reason that's the place your dreads would be. Then matt the hair, get a comb and matt it to loss of life. next perm the hair into place, following the perm guidelines. sometime it takes 2 cases for this technique to take, yet so lots extra helpful then not washing. desire this permits :)

Tigi actually has a product that a former co-worker said it was like made for that. it's called "after-party" it's a light cream you put a dab on your dry hair and it gets that smell out of it without you having to wash and re-do !! :)

1) When around smoke, keep hair up, that way when you let it down it will smell just like it did before you were around it.
2) incase you forgot to put it up, i use paul mitchel pink when around stinky things, it sucks the scent right out.
3) good luck!

Febreeze is a wonderful thing! Just lightly mist your hair with it and it pulls out the smell. They actually make a version for removing smoke smell, and it's all nice smelling.

Spritz some hairspray in there. You cover the smell and pep up the style at the same time :)

use a little baking soda - make sure hair is dry, sprinkle it on your hair, especially through root area (don't use too much) then brush through. After that is done, spritz with body mist.
