Striving for a goal and obstacles come along, do you look for the outcome or dwell on the obstacle? I take everything that happens to me as an experience and a learning tool. What do you do?

I wrote down plans and tried to stick to it. Staying focused on what you want, writing down your feelings about your situations and move forward works. I too everyday write down plans and goals to keep me on track. Also surround yourself around positive people helped me too. I'm a nurse, and this has helped me and my patients.

I do too. The only way to stay motivated is to be self motivated. No one can give you advice that you will take unless you are open to it. Yes, everything that happens has a reason and everything happened is a learning tool..being negative will not improve us or make us better. I agree with u totally.. cheers
