no it isn't your still too young besides you shouldn't be asking perfect strangers you should be talking to your parents, here is the best advice i have for you don't hide anything from your parents they are the only ones that care about you and will do anything to help you no matter what the situation is, they are actually your best friends beleive it or not

10 is wayyy to young but a good age is like in the teens and not 13 - 15 like after 16 it might be fine

I suggest you wait a couple years, I first made out when I was nine and it was not a pleasent experince at all. If hes ur age he's probably not ready for that either, try to get to know him better and in time if its meant to happen he may be ur first kiss!

yes as long as he is ready then go ahead( but mabye start kissing more for this age then i guess u can go into making out) maybe wait a year thow if u want.

16 years is good age, but it depends on maturity level as well you need to remember your 10. your mind is going to change a lot from now to adult hood, i wish you luck. remember happiness is important
