you want something different, but you don't want it dramatic... soooo then you should just get a different style... a little different length-wise... but not much. just change the shape of it or the texture. your hairdresser should be able to help you make a little change without going crazy. if you add a little bit of some different coloring, that can make a big difference without making a major change. i suggest highlights... you could do caramel, red, blond, etc...

Maybe you should try parting it differently. Do you part it in the middle? To the side? Switch it up a bit. It can totally change the way your hairstyle looks without doing anything to your hair.
Another thing would be to add bangs. If you already have bangs, try wearing them to the side. Or, if you already do, try wearing them straight across.
One more thing, if you wear your hair straight all the time, maybe wear it curly once in awhile or vice versa.
