I'm an international student. I came to the US a year ago. And my girlfriend, she came to the US with her family one year before I came. Right now, she's just a permanent resident in US. We want to get married. But I just confuse like after we get married, can I still stay to the US to continue my school or I've to go back to my country and wait for my girlfriend sponsor for me??? And now she's just a permanent resident not a citizen yet. Can you guys help me figure it out or is there any website I can reference about that? Thank you very much about that.

As long as you continue your full-time studies, you can to keep your student status and stay in the US. Even after you marry, it will take several years for you to be allowed to become a permanent resident, since spouses of LPRs are subject to numerical limits. If you continue your full-time studies until your priority date becomes current, you will be allowed to adjust status from F1 to LPR without leaving the US. Here are two helpful web sites:

Well most surely you won't have to get out of the country and come back in, since that's when you are illegally inside the country to my understanding. You are under a student visa, so you should have no problem. Good luck!
