i have this relationship n i love my bf n he says he does loves me too. But the thing is that since a month ago he suddenly stop talking to me. Now he always has an excuse to not talkin to me. So i think he doesnt love me anymore.

If he hasn't talked to you in a month, I would say that you probably aren't really "dating" anymore. Pull him aside and ask him for a status report: "Are we dating anymore or not?"

i don't mean to be brutaly mean, but, some ppl ues the word "love" as a slang to tell the difrence between like as friend and like as girl/boy friend. it's kinda weird to say like you like that, and like like you. ask him if he just wants to break up. don't seam to sad about it, and he says yes, just be cool about it.
