Like, what can happen health wise if you sniff a lot?

If you snort a lot of drugs, they'll slowly destroy the cartilage in your nose until you have none left and your nose will collapse. If you do coke, it can damage your heart and brain. All drugs have a nasty habit of depleting your brain of natural chemicals that your brain needs in order for you to feel well so when you stop using the drugs, you feel really bad and need to keep using. Eventually, you won't be able to use enough drugs to keep up with the lack of "feel good" chemicals, and you'll no longer use drugs to get high, you'll just be using them to feel normal.

Depends on the drug, and how much you "sniff"
Worst thing that could happen is that you die, which in my opinion isn't worth the drug. However, a lot of other things can happen, if you live. Some things include physical weakness, loss of appetite, paranoia, insomnia, fatigue, confusion, hallucinations (when not on the drug), etc.
I didn't list them all. There are many more things that can happen... so I just wouldn't do it if I were you. I don't think it's worth the negative side effects.
