Im thinking something like...a couple of pounds a week. What are the things to eat and not eat, and the things to do? Now I have a busy schedule. School and everything..what can I do?

Find out how many calories your body burns a day. You can do this by checking out at a gym doing a bodyfat test or at your doctors. A pound of fat is 4000 calories. Reduce the number of calories you eat a day and add them up to calculate to see how much fat you'll lose. You can't eat too little calories or you will be too sleepy and will actually lose muscle. Ask your doctor how many calories you can lose without getting sick. If your going to reduce it by a large amount ( like 33% ) the calories you are going to eat should be healthy foods and include meat.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Agree! Eat less and Exercise. And drink a lot of water - it helps
curve the craving and flush out the toxic.

Do eat everyday though. Because if you don't, the body goes on auto survival mode and start to store fat and makes it harder to lose weight.

One trick also, eat breakfast and lunch properly and don't eat dinner. Some say it helps.

Slash calories by 1000 calories below your daily maintenance level every day, and that will be 7,000 cal a week, or two pounds!

please don't try to lose a couple of pounds a week, that is very unhealthy. you should focus on losing one pound per week, it is safe and it will keep you motivated to keep on working out. the basics are the key steps that will eventually lead you to the body of your dreams. diet and exercise, don't skip meals, and don't starve, you owe it to your body to take good care of yourself. you will see results in 4-6 weeks, so don't be discouraged if you don't see changes in the first week. just remember to take good care of yourself.
good luck.

running..lots of it!! start on a slow jog, then work your way up to faster paces and longer distances..oh and definitely have veggies for at least one meal a day..and avoid fried/fattening/processed foods..eat oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, salad with lean meat for lunch, and grilled chicken and steamed veggies for dinner..don't forget to do some crunches and ab exercises after your run :)
