I suggest you aim for a weight loss of between 2 to 5 lbs. per week, so for 20 lbs. it would take between 30 and 60 days.
You need to exercise, drink water, and eliminate fast food, desserts, soda pop, beer, etc.
Good luck!

with healthy diet like eating right, exercising, 1/2-3 pounds lost in a week is expected so losing 20 ounds in 30 days is farfetched unless you anorexic or something

Yes you can loose twenty pounds in thirty days, it's not impossible to do, but it may be harmful and risky for your health.
If you work out five days a week for 3 hours or more doing intense running or heavy aerobics and cutting your diet drastically then yes, twenty pound is achievable in thirty days.

not in a healthy way.....that is way too fast ..some diets if thats what you mean you lose a lot the first week or two but most people can't stay on them a long period of time.
If you mean you have lost that amount for no reason you need to see a doctor ASAP

You shouldn't lose more than 2 lbs a week to avoid health problems. To lose that much weight in that short of time you would essentially have to starve yourself which would make you anorexic.

Yep!! you sure can my friend, just get yourself a chainsaw, start it up, and cut off your arms and your legs. It may hurt a little bit, but you'll be okay and look great!!

NO. That is so unhealthy, and if you do you will pay for it in the long run.
