brisk walking burns more fats/calories or running does? if in a case whrby i run for 30mins and brisk walk for 30 mins.

It depends on how far you go; running one mile and walking one mile will roughly burn the same amount. If you can run 3 miles in 30 minutes and walk briskly 2 miles in 30 mins you would burn more running.

i believe brisk walking burns just as much as running would for both of those time periods. either that you are comforable with is a good idea.

of cos running burns more fats..
For me, i dont run if i wanna lose weight.. running makes certain people's calves become more musclar & bigger! Very ugly..

running will burnt more..but it will hurt your knees if you run excessively
