On Dec 30 my best guy friend came over and then we were talking and he was telling me that I worry him and he cares alot about me and whenever I'm daiting someone new and there not around he always holds my hand and jumps on me and pkes me in the boob. And he treats me better than his gf and he complains to me that his gf can't kiss and stuff like that. And whenever I try to invite him over to do something and my bf is over he chickens out. Why? What do u think? Does he like me more than a friend? He says he doesn't but I'm not sure.

If what you say is true and accurate, I am sure that he likes you. The ONLY way he wouldn't like you (based on what you have said), is if he is gay. No, I am not joking.
Have you actually asked him (seriously) - "do you like me as more than a friend"? If he responded with "no, I only like you as a friend", then he is holding back for two possible reasons:
1. He is unsure about your feelings for him. If this is the case, and you told him that you liked him also, then he will tell you the same. If you tell him that you don't like him as more than a friend, well, you will get the original response "only as a friend".
2. He is hesitant or completely unwilling to alter (his, yours and/or his and your) current relationship - for whatever reason(s).

I'm going to be honest, it sounds as if he is trying to talk you into bed with him.
All this crap about how horrible is g;f is when it comes to kissing, is his way of throwing hints to you.
Just say to him, "Well break up with her if she's so bad."
Letting some guy friend grab your breasts maybe is sending him the message you WANT to sleep with him.
But, remember he is still in a relationship, no matter how he complains about his g/f...he is still with her.
He told you he doesn't like you more than friends, so you have to take his word for it.

Perhaps he finds you are a very good friend, but maybe he thinks that some of his bahaviour that he does with you may upset your boy friend because it might be seen as unappropriated. He does seem to care about you a lot but that could be feelings for you as a friend because from what I am told is that he seems to be able to open up to you and talk to you about his problems that he has with his girl friend.
So maybe he does have feelings for you or maybe he just thinks of you as a good friend that he can open up with and let loose. But whatever you have is special being able to talk to each other about your problems.

of course he does! it doesn't take a scientist, by the way you described him, to know that he wants to date you. he doesn't want to be around when you're boy is there cause he'd have to SEE you with another guy, and he probably wants to avoid that at all costs. i mean, if you liked a guy would you want to see him with his girl? and the fact he treats you better than he treats his own girlfriend shows that he probably doesn't want to be with her. also, he may say he doesn't like in that way because hes afraid of rejection. if hes knows that you don't care for him the way he does for you, then he wouldn't tell you. he might be afraid that if he tells you it'll change how you act around him. ya know?

Please take it slow try and think about what guy you want first.I don't know him personally to let you know if he likes you.To me of what You wrote I think he does but afraid of loosen the best friend he ever had.So try and ask him what do you like about friend dating.Don't say you gust say friends.Then go on from there.There is only one thing don't let him pekes you in the boob no more that is your body.Let him know were he stand.

My best guess is that, yes, he likes you more than a friend. He is probably just afraid to tell you that bc he thinks/knows that you don't like him the same way.
