I wanna be in a long term relationship WHILE remaining abstinent.

The best way to maintain such a relationship is to find a guy who respects you enough to remain in such a relationship. Such guys are usually the ones who have been branded as "lame" and discarded and/or ignored by other women.

If you are not able to find such a guy [it shouldn't be too hard, we are everywhere] or are unwilling to "settle" for a guy who is not socially popular, you can always satisfy a guy in such a relationship with some cuddling and other such non-sexual acts.

The best way I know of it happening is finding a man on the same plan as you are and you will typically find that sort of man at a church. I've seen men who aren't abstinent practice abstinence with girlfriends that want to, but to be honest it is typically a source of attention and the man has to be so in love to cope without it. Seriously, your best bet is joining a local church group that believes in it and do singles things with them. However, don't let anyone discourage you, it can be done! Hang in there!

It's possible. I want to do the same, however finding someone who respects those ideals is hard to come by anymore with the debasement of the human form and the mainstreamed view on casual sex becoming positive. Stick it out, they are out there... somwhere

You can do it. Just don't get yourself into comprimising positions...quite literally. Try to not be home alone with that person, and the like. You can do it, and good luck.

make sure you talk to your partner about it BEFORE you guys get to a point where it could happen and you haven't talked about it. Just be open, if he cares about you, he will respect your decision and will wait with you.

Just express to your partner that you're saving yourself. Anyone who cares about you will truly respect your decision.
