I am almost 21 and i just had a baby and Im ready to lose weight. Im 5'7 and 185 pounds. Im ready to start weight watchers it worked great for my sister! Please let me now as much info as you have thankyou for your time!

my sister lost 70 lbs. and she didnt pay for weight wacthers just used their points. I planned on doing the same thing I just dont know how many points I have? I wanna lose 50 lbs.!!!

I did weight watchers and all the other diets out there but always gained it right back because it would be too hard, I was too tired or busy and I have 3 children so trust me on this advice, I was turned onto a product called Bee Pollen from my mom and it was the answer for me, you take it when your hungry it is all natural nothing artificial and it contains a natural appetite suppressant, I lost 60 pounds over a year ago and for the first time it has stayed off no cravings, no re gain and I found happiness again. It is high in protein so it helped turn flab into muscle. I don't have any of the information you want but.....
if you eat only a small piece of meat ( that fits in the palm of your hand) each meal 5 or 6 days a week & have fish the other 2 days (grilled ) or tin salmon or tuna
or even 1 day a week just have baked beans & unbuttered toast for the main meal
have heaps of different steamed veges ( But not enough to feed a sumo wrestler) with your meat eat just a normal size meal & tin fruit & low fat custard or icecream etc dessert
fruit in between meals or a few nuts (not heaps )
stacks of water as that fills you up
have a decent breakfast.. eggs or cereal or toast or fruit
dont have 4 slices of bread or toast
have 2 slices of bread for lunch even with a small tin salmon/tuna /baked beans/etc or salad or just the bread with a spread on it
but dont use butter /margerine if you do only use a tiny bit
have very little oil
only eat junk food ONCE month
& that includes choc lollies sweet biscuits cake drinks hot or packet chips pizza etc etc
you should be able to have other foods as well but use your own brains as to what is healthy
main thing is you dont over eat with HUGE meals & NEVER eat all you can eat & stop eating when you strart to feel full

I have no idea how the points work, ask your sister.

What I do know is that cutting calories (I eat about 1200 or so a day) and exercising like just walking 30 minutes a day will help you reach your goal. Cut out sugar, processed foods and white flours and starches. It works and you won't feel hungry. You can do it! I know because I have lost 65lbs this way.

I know they have the program online now... but I dont think anyone on here would be able to tell you how to do the program, you need to actually join.
Consider other programs as well... LA weight loss is similar, in that you eat your own foods.. but they have one on one meetings, three times a week if you prefer. Three of my friends and I all lost our baby weight through LA weight loss...
tip though: we didnt buy any of their bars/foods. They will try and sell you bars.. but you dont need them.

Weight Watchers is a excellent program to consider. They dont put you on a diet they just help you to eat sensibly and in moderation they also give good excercise tips. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

It is a waste of money.
Just get u some energy booster bars loaded with vitamins and
eat them with fruits and veggies, exercise every other day and u will lose fast.
