Where in China did Confussius invent the Egg Roll?

Confucius was not an inventor ,he just made comments about everything ,that made him a philosopher ,which is what happens to people who make clever comments for long enough.
he ate the eggrolls he did not cook them .

he would have said that eggrolls would be made close to where there where chickens

Egg roll was suppose called spring roll in southern China without deep frying process...Confucius was lived in north China, he had nothing to do with "Egg roll or Spring roll." The spring roll was one of the New Year Dinner. There were many different dishes including shredded pork, beansprouts, sliced mushroom, sliced pan-fried egg like omelet, etc...you pick up what ever you like, roll up in the thin, flour wrapper, deep it in the sauce. Here you are, you have a spring roll for spring festival meal...

I think it is mainly from Guangdong. I have been almost everywhere else in China and have never seen ONE! I have even had chinese people ask me what they were.
I saw them in Vietnam though.
