She won't eat / drink an if she attempts it, it immediately (w/in 10 mins) comes right back up. She has no energy, an she won't get up to go to bathroom. Wherever she's at she pees. She don't even attempt to sit up or move. We go to move her, cause she's weak, an u notice that she's pee-ed. This has only been goin' on today. LN she seemed like her usual self. She didn't ingest anythin' poisonous or harmful to her. Can anyone help w/ suggestions?

If you have to, syringe water into her mouth, but only a little bit at a time.

Take her to an emergency clinic. From what you have said she sounds like she is in critical condition and could die if she doesn't get help quick. Please don't wait to get other answers. Even if someone here says they are a Vet they may not be and no Vet is going to tell you what to do without examining her.

7 is very young for such major health problems for a small dog. Please take her to the vet ASAP. It may be something that can easily be fixed with veterinary care.
