If you accept that God created the universe, then He obviously cannot be "of" this universe. Since God created nature, how would He be governed by it's laws?
If you do not accept that God created the universe, the same would apply to whatever explanation you could come up with, I'm pretty sure. It is certainly against the laws we have observed in nature for something to appear from nothing, or for life to evolve from inanimate matter.

God is not of this universe. He is able and chooses to enter it and correspond with humans, but he existed before the universe or time as we know it existed. So he is outside of the universe. He is much more dimensional than the universe.
How could he be limited by something he made, like the universe? To us, the universe is vast and powerful and has physical laws by which we exist. God exists independent of any such laws.

Nature doesn't have an objective intellect. Its part of the creation.
The intelligence that created the universe would not be restricted to the laws of nature he put in force. Also we only know the laws of nature on Planet Earth and certainly this planet does not determine any law that confines or pertains to the master intelligence. Just as the engine doesn't determine the laws pertaining to the maker of the engine, creation doesn't determine any law that would apply to the creator.

What laws would that be? God works within the laws of nature, but God was before nature.

God created everything including time, therefore, God never required a "Beginning"> God isn't confined to his creation. In order there to be a "cause-action" there needs to be "time" involved, since the universe works as space-time, something outside of the universe had to have "started it", I believe that something is GOD>

"Who knows how to write this account? Just imagine what a huge scroll it would take! What power! What fascinating beauty! And what gifts! Who can know their extent? You created the vast expanse of the Universe with One Word! Hundreds of thousands of rivers began to flow. How can Your Creative Potency be described? I cannot even once be a sacrifice to You. Whatever pleases You is the only good done, You, Eternal and Formless One!"

As Fish says, which laws are you referring to in Nature? Perhaps instinct? Isn't it wonderful that we humans do not have such, like in his image?

Time is incapable of being created because time is a measurement. Thus, time was not created, only measured. And if god is the greatest being imaginable, why is he suseptible to the laws of nature?
