You can bring a tote bag as carry on but no liquids are allowed through airport security. You can buy water or other liquids once you are through security and then carry it on the plane. If the liquids are cosmetics or other personal items that are in 3-ounce or smaller bottles, then you can carry them through but they must fit into a one-quart Ziploc bag. You can check www.tsa.gov for the most updated list of restrictions. (That is the government agency that makes these rules... it's not the airline making the rules, it's the federal government. Chances the airlines and airport operators are not too thrilled with the security rules).

It depends on the airport / airlines. Your best bet is to either search the airline you are flying through on the web, or get a 1 800 number and ask. The last I heard there was not liquids allowed, but you can water once in the airport. But as I stated you will need to call, because each airline that I have flown is different.

You are not allowed to bring any liquids or gels totalling over 30 ml unless it is for medical reasons and the prescription matches your name. You have to have all liquids and gels seperately packaged in clear ziploc bags. You can bring anything you want on the plane except the above and obvious things such as weapons and sharp objects including nail files, needles, knitting needles, etc.

All I know that you are allowed to bring up to 100 ml liquids on the plane or less. The Security will confiscate any liquids over 100 ml of the liquids.

Put all your liquids in a plastic bag and stick them in your suitcase that you will be checking. We didn`t take any liquids in a tote with us on board. We put all of our other non-liquid items in a small a zip lock in our purses. We took the zip lock out of the purse to put in the bin to be scanned. We went right on board.

You should bring some zip lock bags with you to put any liquids in to. You can check out the following two sites to keep updated on airport security issues: http://wehow.ehow.com/how_2003583_pack-holiday-travel.html

a quart bag (that's the small plastic "sandwich sized" bag) that is sealed can carry personal items such as toothpaste, skin lotion and similiar liquids: the small travel sizes. Whatever doesn't fit in that bag is out. No bottled drinks or water...you can buy them and carry on plane once you've gone through security.

i've got taken a great number of shirts and different company swag to offer away down there the two from my daughter's enterprise (on the time) and mine with out any issues. i presumed hers would have been a undertaking as she worked for the Canadian arm of an American multinational yet no probs in any respect. Cuba would not have a undertaking with u . s . of america, u . s . of america has a undertaking with Cuba.

I heard you can take liquids, but it has to be 3 oz or less (trial sizes) -can't be 3 oz left in a 8 oz bottle.
Everthing has to be in a clear "quart" size ziploc.
