My tower failed, and I installed a new tower, and now cannot find my outlook express?

Is there anyway I can find my old outlook express? I was able to find my yahoo e mail, but cannot find my outlook express.

Outlook Express was installed on your old computer's hard drive. Yahoo is a web based e-mail service which means Yahoo's servers store your e-mails. You can't get back the e-mails on your old computer unless you get them from your old computer's hard drive.

I don't know what brand of PC you have, but most likely you could go start/PC help and tools/ application recovery; and follow the steps to restore software.
