Mase, because it makes the throat swell and burns the eyes. Pepper Spray only burns your eyes. So mase is like a double-wammy. lol, I watch COPS.

They are both designed to take the person down with an incredible amount of pain.
Mace lasts longer cause it's usually made of harsh chemical, but the pepper spray is just as painful but you can open your eyes around half the time.
But either way you look at it if you spray either of these into some persons eyes your going to be running away pretty damn fast.
I heard they are both equally painful and I'm thankful that I have never experienced it.
