I have heard of ladies being 5 and 6 months pregnant and not knowing it.

Wouldn't they have to be pretty large women?

If I had sex 5 months ago and have been having normal periods and not gaining weight, and also had a negative HPT 4 months ago would it be safe to say I am not pregnant?

Most women know it cause they are due a period, unless they are going through premenopause, then they would still know if they are pregnant by symtoms like morning sickness and movement of baby.
