i have a tiny indent of a circle on the right side of my face and i Never had chickenpox's...what could this be from?

Any old spot can leave a scar, it does not have to be from chicken pox;

you could see a surgeon to see if they remove the spot and pull the surrounding skin together. Do know for sure that this will be a cosmetic procedure and not covered by insurance likely, good luck
