On this one, it is 5 per wheel, or 20 per car. If it is a RWD car, then it is the same 5 on 4 3/4'' pattern just like the '77 Cutlass you asked about. So to make a long story short, the two cars have interchangeable wheels as long as the '80s model 88 is a RWD with 15'' tires.

i dont really now, never set down and counted the lug all the way around the tire, but if you are talking about the wheel lugs there are 5 studs on each axle x 4 axles = 20 studs therefore there must be 20 lug nuts.
