So yesterday i ate a slice of white chocolate cake and some chocolate. Today I felt guilty so I ate cereal for breakfast only(I usually have yogert and carrots with it) and for lunch only weight watchers oatmeal but then I started haveing the craveings again and dug into some more junk food....so now I Feel miserable. I work out about at least 20minutes a day lifting weights. WHAT CAN I DO?

you wont get fat.. one slip up isnt enough to totally derail your diet..because you probably only consumed an extra 300-500 calories, and in the long run.. that will not affect you if you are keeping healthy and exercising. however, if you dont stop yourself from doing it again, you will get into a pattern which is unhealthy. One slip up is OK... you just have to make sure to re-focus yourself and get back on track the next day with no intent to slip up again!
Also, do NOT starve yourself the next day to try and "make up" for it.. all that does is put your body into starvation mode, which makes you crave even more. Make sure you are constantly feeding your body healthy options, and it will keep you full and content, as well as constantly burning calories.

Okay, let's start off with the guilt thing; almost everyone craves sweets sometimes and its perfectly all right to eat a piece of cake or some candy. (As long as you're not diabetic.)

Any diet that consists of making the person on it feel deprived is doomed to failure because no one can feel good about feeling deprived of the food they want to eat.

After having nothing but cereal for breakfast and oatmeal for lunch, it's no wonder you were hungry. Did you have a midmorning snack? Most people benefit by eating 6 small meals rather than 3 larger ones. Right around midmorning have some yoghurt and some fresh fruit and a handful of nuts.

Find a healthy diet - one that has the four food groups, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and is low in saturated fats and you'll be fine.

Find a good exercise regiment - in other words, something that you enjoy and look forward to doing. (Experiment with different kinds of things - salsa dancing, martial arts, bicycling, circuit training, belly dance, yoga - anything that sounds intriguing. Once you find something you like, it won't be a chore at all and you will tend to stick with it.) Make sure you get some aerobic component in your exercise.

And expect that every once in a while you'll want a piece of cake. Even schedule yourself some cake time.

What you don't want to do is eat when you're not hungry or eat to sate some urge that's not food related (like eating when you're bored, depressed, or lonely).

Binging is very unhealthy - don't go through half a cake and half a gallon of ice cream and then decide to starve yourself the next day because you feel so guilty about it. But a slice of cake doesn't make a binge, even if you had some chocolate with it.

Eat when you're hungry. Eat what you really want to eat. Stop when you're full.

Get the Junk food out of the house and have whoever buys groceries buy fresh fruit to snack on. you are at a great weight for you.

Are you due for your period, cravings like this ca be normal. We all need to indulge in the carbs once in a while.
Don't feel bad, just get on track tomorrow, and go for a nice brisk walk.

You aren't fat by any means, and the fact that you are so worried about fat and dieting worries ME. Please sit down and chat with your parents about your weight & dieting and listen to their comments and advice.

Good Luck
