1. m'a rendu visite
2. allées VOIR
3. .. était froide
4. en haut (I think you meant upstairs or sthg like that)
5. Nous sommes entrées (sounds correct to me, I can't see what to change)
6. Same for J'étais très heureuse.

You basically got the tenses a little mixed up.
I'm not 100% sure for all of them but i'd say the first one, A VISITE MOI should be 'm'a visiée'
Nous sommes allées VU une bande should be 'Nous sommes allées voir une band
La nuit AVAIT FROID would be 'La nuit a était froide '
NOUS SOMMES entré - there's nothing wrong with the nous sommes part but since u and ur friend are plural then entré has to have at least an S at the end and if you're two girls, then an ES - so: "nous sommes entrées"
J'etais tres heurease should be 'j'étaistres heureuse'

C’ était Le 25 mars 2006, quand ma cousin Jessica A VISITE MOI.
-cousine
-m'a visité.
Nous sommes allées VU une bande.
-VOIR
La nuit AVAIT FROID
-était froide.
NOUS SOMMES entré.
-Nous avons ?? But, I don't think so.
J'ETAIS très heureuse.
-J'étais
Keep in mind though that I don't speak French. I speak Québecois. lol

1. a visité moi should be m'a visité.
2. vu should be voir. (We went to see...)
3. avait should be était. (was cold)
4. par-dessus should be en-haut(upstairs)
5. Nous sommes entré should be nous sommes
entreés. In the passé composé the participle
agrees in number and gender with the
subject after a form of être.
6. The only problem I see here is that an
accent is missing on J'étais. Otherwise it's fine.

Fabee is definitely right. I'm French as well.
Just a few things your teacher didn't correct:
- it's "un groupe", not "une bande"
- if you meant "we went home", it's "nous sommes rentrées" (she didn't correct the ending of "entré", by the way, but Fabee did)
And just like Fabee, I don't understand why she thinks "nous sommes" and "j'étais" was wrong. It makes perfect sense to use those tenses here.

I'm not very familiar with French, but I do think I can help.
This is a website that translates anything you type in one language to another. If I were you, I would type into the translator what you planned on saying in your essay, and see if it comes out the same way that it did in your essay. I copy and pasted everything you said into the translator (in French), and translated it into English, and the results for that are below. Some parts seemed to sound a little bit strange, but the translator is not perfect! :)
If you continue to have problems, you could always try to see your teacher after class or during study hall to see if she can show you what's wrong. Maybe she made a mistake!!
Good LUck! Hope I helped! :)

i'm not french but i'll try to help you
- m'a visité
- Ã voir
- était froid
-¿?
- entréS
- j'étais
you say that is an exercise about passe composé and imparfait, maybe the mistakes are that you have used le passé when you must use l'imparfait
