Not if you have a light workout everyday, however, if you are working out for the Olympics, I would definitely consult a doctor before starting a heavy program like that at age 12.

no way training with weights if a smart way to start powerliftting it is best to start training young . there,s a kid that,s 10 with mussels that is an actor and it only makes him strong drinking pop makes you stop growing.

Serious training like powerlifting and muscle growth , yea, will stall your bone growth. cardio will not.
